Flexicon A/S was founded in 1986 with the business idea to manufacture and supply liquid filling and capping equipment for filling bulk products into end-user containers such as vials, bottles, test tubes, micro diagnostic tubes, Petri dishes and others. Flexicon products have been developed for small to medium sized production scenarios and predominantly for the pharmaceutical and bio-tech market sectors.

Flexicon today offers a range of products from tabletop filling machines, through semi-automatic systems to fully automated filling and capping machines. This is done with the focus on PRECISION EFFICIENCY FLEXIBILITY.

Flexicon has developed FF30, which is a modular bottle handling and tightening system for bottles between 12 and 50 mm in diameter.

FF30 is developed to be connected with Flexicons PF6, PF22 or DF32 single unit fillers or with the Multi Filling System in order to meet the demands of very flexible small batch production of liquids, oils and creams in bottles or jars with screw caps. These combinations can deliver up to 1,200 fills per hour. At the same time FF30 provides a consistent production quality that is unobtainable by use of a manual or a semi-automatic system.

Liquids can be filled automatically in volumes from 0.1 ml to 100 ml. Cream can be filled in volumes from 5 ml to 50 ml.

A key element in Flexicons product line is the care taken to minimize production downtime and, at the same time, ensure clean production without any chance of cross contamination.

A bottle/cap change on the FF30/PF6 combination takes approximately 2 minutes, whereas a complete product and bottle change can be completed in 15 minutes.

FF30 is mainly made of stainless steel and anodised aluminium for clean room environments in pharmaceutical, bio-tech and cosmetic industries as well as in hospital pharmacies. The FF30 system is ideal for filling and capping in galenic environments.
